What type of furniture do you specialize in?

We do a wide variety of furniture types. Our specialty is in high quality custom made furniture mostly using solid woods that are locally grown. We do however also offer furniture collections, these are pre-designed pieces of furniture that are built to order and come with lifetime guarantees.

What is custom furniture?

Custom furniture is any piece of furniture that you order and customize in size, wood type, finish, construction quality and most commonly in design and style.

We have never ordered anything custom before. How do we get started?

For beginners, we need to know what type of furniture you are interested in and roughly what style agrees most with your tastes. We can quickly determine style by looking at pictures of some of your favorite items. We will also need to know the rough dimensions or any major size constraints of the space.

This sounds so complicated; will this take a lot of my time?

The process is what you make of it, usually we will need you to review and give feedback/approval on the initial drawings we provide, outside of that the process can be short and sweet. Many customers like to make many of the big design decisions, so we allow these individuals to take their time and make several drawing revisions. Many other people are eager to trust us as artists and give the maker full artistic freedom within certain size, shape or style constraints. If this process still seems too difficult, I highly suggest looking at our furniture collections , these are high quality items that come with lifetime guarantees and have been refined over the years.

Can I customize a furniture collection item?

Yes! All of our designs are highly customizable. We can even take a side table design and customize it to work as a dining table, hall table or TV stand! Contact us for more details.

Shipping

I do not live nearby, are there any shipping options for me?

We have a wide variety of shipping methods; we have developed long relationships with reputable companies, giving us the opportunity to ship items at reasonable rates and within your constraints. We pride ourselves in knowing that we can ship any item anywhere in the world with-in a wide variety of constraints.

How will the item arrive if I have it shipped?

There are many shipping options, among them we can crate a piece of furniture in order to have it arrive quickly and safely to your home. We also offer a white glove shipping service, meaning that we will not only deliver anywhere in the USA but also assemble the item on premises, no fussing with unloading, moving or disposing of waste.

I live in Ohio, but I am not sure if you can deliver furniture to my region.

We offer delivery at very little charge to most locations in Ohio. In some cases we can even offer free delivery, particularly in the central Ohio region (Columbus).

What type of shipping do you offer on items with free shipping

It depends on the region of the country the item is going to. In many cases we will cater to you specific needs. In some cases we may have to charge an additional fee for extra services. Please contact us for your specific needs.

We make every effort to provide customers with an outstanding value; in all cases our goal is to provide the highest quality possible for very fair prices. Prices in hand made furniture can vary quite a bit due to complexity different styles often introduce. I highly suggest requesting a quote for your particular project.
